I do enjoy living in Torchlight Townhomes. I have never had an issue with the office messing up any paperwork or losing anything. If anything is broken or isn't working, the office usually has it fixed within a few days Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments for students of TCC and FSU who want somewhere afford and nice to live.

Torchlight Townhomes is by far the best place to live in Tallahassee. The rate is incredible compared to the unit that you received. Whenever any issues arise, maintenance is always there within 24 hours to fix our problem (but, trust me, there are not that many). The staff is so friendly and everyone is always willing to help me when needed. Not to mention the free printing (only need to provide the paper)! I would recommend this place whole-heart! The UClub has a very nice facility and specially a great customer service. The apartments have enough room to all roommates have comfort, plus they're really well equipped. The FSU Bus line has a bus stop very close to the neighborhood as well making the life easier for the FSU student. Overall is a good experience and I recommend it.
